Jane The Virgin TV review

Hollister & O'Toole discuss "Jane the Virgin" - the first show in the history of The CW to earn a Golden Globe nomination. As O'Toole puts it: it's as though "Gilmore Girls" and "Ugly Betty" had a love child. Based on the Venezuelan Telenovela "Juana la Virgen" (don't be deterred by the title's English translation). The Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series - Comedy or Musical (2015) did go home with shining star Gina Rodriguez, who deserved every ounce of it. And now, go Meet Jane. Who believes in Family. God. And grilled cheese sandwiches. What a delight.
