As Hollister puts it: "She's like that kid in class who never disappoints." O'Toole cheers her on for being so successful in a landscape where only 6% of directors are women. Ageism. Sexism. Househusbands. And those Nancy Meyers sets. As Robert De Niro's character Ben would put it: "Good times!"
