WIFT Marketing Zoom: Your Video Pitch
Catch up on Monday's Zoom where we talked all things video pitches. How can you best create your video pitch for success? Watch to find out!
Christine walks through some tried and true measures for creating video content for pitching your film, presenting yourself, social media, website content and more.
Here are a few videos which weren’t shown on the presentation (problem with audio).
Connor Hines, an actor without work in NYC, decided to write scripts that he could star in and did a series of encounters from a dating APP that took off virally and the next thing he knew, he was headed to ABC in Hollywood with a writing contract. This is the first of the series he did. The reason we like it is that he used his ‘posse’ (which we are always touting; surround yourself with those like-minded individuals who care about film the way you do) to do the acting, filming, etc. Low budget, high high return.
A video we did for the Bentonville Film Festival. It’s short, but has a beginning, middle and end. We used music and applause to create the feelings we were looking to get. The text? Not filled with adjectives, that’s for sure.
